We offer Acupuncture and Chiropractic treatments that are covered and paid directly by the CNESST and the SAAQ*. Start your acupuncture and chiropractic treatments by following these 3 steps:

Step 1

Following a work accident, you must provide us with your file number issued by the CNESST. If you do not have a file number, you must complete a Worker’s claim (RTR). It is also possible to complete it at the clinic during your first appointment. Please allow sufficient time before your appointment to complete the document. In the case of a car accident, you must provide us with your file number. If you do not have this number, you must contact the SAAQ via the online accident report or call 1 888 810-2525.

Step 2

It is important that you consult a physician to obtain an evaluation of your condition and a medical prescription for acupuncture and chiropractic treatments. He or she must deem these services necessary for your recovery.
